Emily helps organisations to deliver business critical transformation programmes and to leverage technology to achieve their goals.
Emily has significant project, programme and portfolio management experience gained through delivery of complex, long-term, technology transformation programmes. She has also worked in more strategic roles to identify how technology can simplify business processes, reduce costs and improve the customer experience.
At Moorhouse, Emily has acted as Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager for a key telecommunications client. She created, mobilised and implemented a new governance model to integrate programmes, projects and services, within a complex stakeholder environment. Prior to this, Emily acted as Project Manager for delivery of a complex procurement exercise at a global hub airport.
Emily joined Moorhouse from PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, where she spent nearly four years working with private and public sector clients. During this time, Emily worked in the Programme Management Office for two high-profile technology transformation programmes, each with a £20 million budget. She also gained experience in IT solution selection and business case development.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, cycling and playing netball in a mixed recreational league. Emily spends her weekends either exploring the countryside or improving her salsa skills.Back
