Harshil has worked with a broad range of organisations, in both strategic and delivery based roles, with a particular focus on maximising operational efficiency and performance management of clients within the Health and TMT sectors.
Harshil has worked on multiple healthcare projects, at LAS and NGH, and is keen on expanding his experience in the healthcare sector.
Harshil joined Moorhouse following two years delivering finance transformation programmes with Deloitte’s management consultancy practice, within their finance and performance management offering. His last project was part of the national testing programme in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, where he was personally involved in the setting up of 7 testing sites across the UK.
As part of the internal Planning Proposition team, he helped create a collection of Playbooks, Delivery Toolkits, and Case studies, highlighting lessons learned from planning projects over the past few years and developed best practices for the delivery of Planning projects and bid proposals. He supported in compiling 50+ case studies on projects delivered, calling out: the industry; background information on the client including headcount and revenue; approach taken; systems and technology implemented; benefits delivered and key resource contacts within the practice
When he’s not working, Harshil likes to make sure he remains as active as possible, coming from a competitive swimming background, he has now traded in his speedos for weightlifting and is also a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness class instructor. Aside from lifting, he enjoys watching combat sports and football.Back
