Jack Whiteley


Jack is an experienced customer experience and digital transformation consultant.   He has shaped and delivered strategic transformations across industries to help clients adapt to the customer-centric digital age. 

Jack has developed a strong customer focus with over 7 years of experience working across multiple sectors.

He has delivered strategic omni-channel and ERP transformations in the retail sector, worked on customer contact digital transformation in utilities, and service design led initiatives in the public sector.

Jack has also been involved in the design and development of innovative digital proof of concepts using technologies such as Apple TV and chatbots, which look to open up new channels of customer engagement and enrich the customer experience. 

Outside of work Jack can be found enjoying the great outdoors by either foot, mountain bike or kayak. He’s also a keen tennis player and follower of Formula 1.
