James is a Senior Consultant specialising in Strategic Design. He has experience in brand strategy, customer insight, marketing, business transformation, operating model design and process change.
James has worked across a wide range of industries. He supports organisations in the private and public sector successfully deliver business change. Some of his most recent projects include creating a Brand Strategy at Transport for the North, designing a transformation programme and strategy for a FTSE 250 company and designing and implementing a new operating model for a telecoms company. Prior to joining Moorhouse James worked in industry in the Commercial Department at Pernod Ricard and the International Department at Fortnum & Mason.Back
