James is a Manager specialising in strategy and operating model design.
James has worked across a wide range of industries as a consultant. He supports organisations in the private and public sector successfully deliver business change. Some of his recent projects include creating a Brand Strategy at Transport for the North, designing a transformation programme and strategy for a FTSE 250 company, designing a workforce transformation and creating and implementing a new operating model for a telecoms company. Prior to joining Moorhouse James worked in industry in the Commercial Department at Pernod Ricard and the International Department at Fortnum & Mason. He studied Politics at the University of Nottingham, has a certificate in finance, accounting and business with the ICAEW and has undertaken a financial modelling course at City University London.Back
