James has over 20 years of experience applying creative thinking to business challenges and specialises in customer-centric strategy and transformation.
James helps organisations across sectors to create the vision, strategy, operating model and experiences that put customers at the heart of what they do. He brings a blended background to Moorhouse, joining from PwC in October 2016 where he was part of the Customer-Digital team leadership. Before this, he was a Director at Fallon, leading client account management for this well-respected Saatchi & Saatchi Group creative agency.
Married with two young kids, James squeezes in mountain biking, trail running and the occasional leftfield art project where possible. He is a Director of his local community run shop and would love to write a book on complexity science, but has come to accept that this is, at least for a while, unlikely.Back
