Katariina Kronholm


Katariina is a highly experienced programme and change leader who is passionate about combining science with technology and transforming the health ecosystem to better enable patient care. She leads major organisations through complex change and consistently drives for results by fostering a positive culture, translating the vision and applying robust programme management technique.

She has successfully delivered a significant number of complex change programmes across challenging stakeholder environments in life sciences and healthcare, financial services, telecoms, transport and public sectors regularly reporting into boards and their direct reports. In the past few years she has supported Medical Affairs programmes and product launches in a large pharmaceutical company.

Katariina specialises in supporting senior leaders to deliver large scale business transformation through portfolio management, cross-sector business change management, operating model transformation and service reconfiguration. Katariina is an economist by training and prior to consulting worked in the telecoms industry.

As an initiator for wellbeing in the workplace, she champions walking meetings, mid-morning breaks outdoors and team lunches. She recovers in nature by exploring forests, mountains and waterways. She loves music and since an early age has been singing in concerts and competitions from Barcelona to Taipei. Katariina is a multi-lingual world traveller having lived in 8 countries.
