Leo is a Manager with over eight years’ experience in business analysis, technology advisory, and agile project delivery.
Leo sits in our Digital & Technology (D&T) practice and has supported clients in a range of sectors across strategic, delivery, and operational roles. He excels at eliciting business requirements from stakeholders and translating these into technical solutions.
Most recently Leo completed a risk assessment of cloud technology for one of the UK’s largest payment systems, supporting his client in understanding the impact of technology and applying the most suitable controls to manage risk. Before that Leo led the analysis, design and delivery of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tooling solution for a central bank.
Leo has also: setup and run agile PMO functions for large scale transformations; refined backlogs of requirements and supported Product Owners; led Robotics Process Automation (RPA) engagements; and elicited requirements through his business analysis skillset.
Leo applies his experience of agile delivery (SCRUM & SAFe), business analysis, and technology-enabled change to realise business value. He enjoys scanning the horizon for the latest emerging technology, calling on his computer science background and business nous to determine the practical implications.
Prior to joining Moorhouse, Leo was part of Capgemini’s consulting practice working on large scale transformation programmes, including a notable public sector engagement that was enhancing its approach to bringing Development and Operations teams (DevOps) closer together to deliver higher quality work.
When not at work, Leo enjoys cooking, gaming, consuming all manner of podcasts, reading, travelling, and playing with the latest gadgets.Back
