Lisa Fahey

Manager


Lisa focuses on supporting clients with their People and Change related challenges - developing and delivering solutions to enable organisations to equip themselves, and their people, to successfully navigate the continually changing world of work.

Lisa has nine years’ experience of delivering transformation solutions and projects, ranging from behavioural change to technical processes. Working across a range of sectors in both strategic and delivery based roles, Lisa delivers full life-cycle management, from analysis and scoping of client requirements, to project design, delivery and implementation. 

Lisa also has experience of change management, supporting organisations to prepare, enable and adopt the necessary changes to ensure the successful implementation of their transformation programmes.

Outside of work Lisa loves to travel and keep herself active, and has combined this over the last few years by cycling across the D-Day beaches, learning to ski in the Alps, and sailing across the Mediterranean. She is also a keen ‘foodie’ and enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, as well as leaving it to the professionals and visiting restaurants to sample different cuisines.
