Lisa has seven years’ experience of delivering transformation solutions and projects, ranging from behavioural change to technical processes.
Working across a range of sectors in both strategic and delivery based roles, Lisa delivers full life-cycle management, from analysis and scoping of client requirements, to project design and implementation.
Lisa also has experience of performance management, supporting clients to achieve enhanced value through the identification and implementation of operational improvements, as well as strategic design and implementation.
She has a strong track record of delivering high quality outcomes resulting in tangible benefits, improvements and value, which integrate seamlessly into your brand and day-to-day operations.
Outside of work Lisa loves to travel and keep herself active, and has combined this over the last few years by cycling across the D-Day beaches, learning to ski in the Alps, and hiking in the Scottish Highlands. She is also a keen ‘foodie’ and enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, as well as visiting local restaurants to sample different cuisines.Back
