Liz is an accomplished project and programme management (PPM) consultant who combines PPM knowledge with significant expertise in business and cultural change enablement methodologies and principles.
Since joining Moorhouse in November 2013, Liz has worked with a Tier 1 Investment Bank within their Client Onboarding Regulatory Reform team. Liz has been an integral part of this team by designing and implementing processes for EMIR regulations as well as managing their global portfolio and implementing a strategic operating model. Prior to this, Liz was the lead consultant for a complex transformation initiative aimed at rationalising the IT estate and business processes of a global financial institution. During this engagement she successfully identified 22 disparate projects and created an effective programme of work; including eight synergy work streams and a repeatable programme structure.
Liz is a fan of rugby and cricket, and gets her endorphin fix with running and wakeboarding. She also loves cooking up a treat in the kitchen, as long as there’s red wine available!Back
