Lizzie has 3.5 years’ experience at a major airline, where she led projects to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. She worked in varied areas, including engineering supply chain, customer service management, and distribution technology in a range of strategic and delivery based roles.
Lizzie worked at British Airways in a variety of roles. She led the strategy for procuring spare parts and equipment for the new A350 aircraft. She was also critical in the cross-group RFP to outsource inventory and repair management of spares for certain aircraft types. In another role, she delivered a management restructure within the BA customer services team at Gatwick Airport, later taking responsibility for performance management and development in this area. As well as this, she even flew regularly as longhaul cabin crew.
Outside the office Lizzie loves travelling. She is also interested in music; she plays the trumpet and performs regularly as part of a jazz orchestra.Back
