Lorna Grubb


Lorna has two years’ experience in the retail sector, working alongside a range of stakeholders to implement cost reduction strategies

Lorna joins Moorhouse after two years as an Area and Project Manager in the retail sector, where she focused on performance improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, cost and process changes. Her role as a Project Manager involved working alongside senior management in order to improve existing strategies and implement new ones to help achieve overall business effectiveness. She takes pride in ensuring that the desired goal is achieved for the success of the company, with a minimal impact on the customer experience. In all of her project work, Lorna is focused on setting out a clear direction for all individuals involved and enjoys working towards a collaborative solution.


Outside of work, Lorna likes to keep active and can be found playing tennis, in the gym and, for the first time this year, on the ski slopes. She has a Miniature Dachshund called Dennis who keeps her busy. Lorna also loves to travel and has recently visited New York and Washington DC, where she enjoyed exploring the sights, shops and restaurants.
