Nicola Crow (nee de St Croix)


An experienced business change management specialist with a strong track record in helping clients drive value out of complex technology and change programmes.

Nicola joined Moorhouse following a career break after ten years at HSBC Global Banking and Markets (Investment Bank) division. There she had a key role in the mobilisation and delivery of the Portfolio Management function within the COO office in order to align project portfolios to business strategy and to provide executive oversight for their +$1bn investment pool.

Prior to that, Nicola undertook various roles within the Change Management function at HSBC, most recently programme managing the rollout and embedding of the new Methodology for Programme and Project Management called the Business Transformation Framework, or ‘BTF’ across Global Banking and Markets globally.

Nicola has also undertaken Programme Assurance role for a Business Regulatory programme as well as turning around a struggling Programme to be ‘best in class’.

Previously she was the Global Head of PMO where she designed, mobilised and ran a strong Programme Management office function for the build out and delivery of a brand new Prime Services business for GBM, with a budget of $79.4m over two years involving 180 FTE Business and IT transformation teams.

Nicola started her Management Consultancy career with Accenture in 2002 and spent seven years leading initiatives across a broad range of complex transformation programmes.
