Nikitha has over 4 years of experience in Digital Transformation projects, with a focus on digital product strategy, iterative solution design and agile delivery. She has worked in healthcare, public services and consumer retail, specialising in the improvement of user experiences of digital customer journeys and generating insight from consumer data analytics.
Nikitha joined Moorhouse following a year and a half of research in Digital Behaviour Change methods at Imperial College’s Institute for Global Health Innovation and the Helix Centre. Prior to that, she worked at Farmdrop, a startup, as a Product Manager for the company’s web application, securing £7M in Series B funding. She also has 3 years of experience with Accenture’s Technology Consulting Group.
During her time with Accenture, Nikitha was the UX and Design Assurance lead for a digital transformation project for a catalogue high street retailer. She was also a part of the Solution Architecture team, and led Data and Information Architecture for a major public defence project in Scotland. Following this, Nikitha transferred to Accenture’s Singapore practice as a Healthcare Strategy Analyst to devise Digital Roadmaps for the local government’s national health transformation, with considerable C-suite stakeholder engagement.
In her spare time, Nikitha obsesses about food, coffee and optimal extraction methods, practises Ashtanga yoga, and is a budding potter.Back
