Saleem is an experienced Consulting Leader with over 20 years of leading complex change programmes across sectors.

Saleem leads our Delivery Excellence Service Line which encompasses Moorhouse’s Programme & Project Leadership, Portfolio Optimisation and Assurance offerings. 

Saleem has led a full range of Transformational Programmes from major Operating Model Design to large scale Systems Integration – both in consulting and working directly in the industry. Additionally, Saleem has worked across the M&A cycle leading pre-deal due diligence projects as well as significant post-merger integration efforts.

Saleem is passionate about continually improving the team and individual experience of achieving significant change together.

Outside of work, as a Prince of Wales Charity mentor, Saleem is involved in various voluntary teaching initiatives. He loves his 80’s music and will rack up a number of live concerts every year and he both plays with and taxi’s (but more taxis) both of his boys to various weekend sports.
