Sally has almost two years’ of operational experience in the gas industry. Her work has had a particular focus on cultural change, including the mental health and wellbeing of employees.
Prior to Moorhouse, she worked on Skanska’s joint venture project for Cadent, formerly National Grid, replacing gas mains in London and the east of England. Sally’s work has had a particular focus on cultural change, including the mental health and wellbeing of employees. She worked closely with the project director and initiated the mental health programme for the 3000 employees on the contract. Sally created a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) network and she ensured that all MHFAs were not only supporting employees but were supported themselves.
Sally is a proficient orientation leader and has facilitated a variety of workshops on topics including fatigue management, cultural change, stress and mental health awareness. As a cultural change programme manager, Sally has vast experience in leading teams to improve a project’s attitudes and behaviours towards wellbeing, involving hosting key stakeholder and supply chain engagement days.
Outside of work, Sally is a keen tennis player and can often be found at her local tennis club. When she can, Sally loves to escape the city life and return home to Yorkshire, where she enjoys walking her dog in the dales.Back
