Shilen is experienced in helping organisations bring people, processes and technology together to drive customer value.
Before joining Moorhouse, Shilen spent a year working for a consultancy firm in Sydney where he helped organisations implement and embed agile ways of working. Part of his experience involved rolling out an agile operating model and supporting the change within a large Australian bank.
Outside of work Shilen loves surfing, enjoys a social game of tennis and is a fan of Formula 1. He’s also getting into videography and is excited to capture more of what the world has to offer.Back
