Tim Churchill


Tim is an experienced manager working with organisations to lead transformational change through understanding, articulating and navigating complex business challenges through a customer-centric, innovative and agile mindset.

Tim’s experience spans organisational agility, customer-centric design, service design, agile programme management, business change, innovation and digital transformation. He has worked with global organisations across the Retail and Energy sectors.

Since joining Moorhouse, he has worked closely with an international humanitarian aid charity to transform their volunteer recruitment through instilling service design and agile principles. In addition he has supported a major British electrical power generator to improve their strategic and tactical integrated planning processes and ways of working from fuel supply to generation.

Prior to joining Moorhouse, Tim was part of Accenture’s consulting practice working on large-scale complex programmes across notable retailers including a high-end UK grocer, a luxury fashion retailer and an international low-cost apparel retailer.

Outside of work, Tim is a passionate guitarist and a keen explorer of new countries.
