Tom Cooper-Woolley


Tom is one of our People and Change Service Line Leaders, and brings over 10 years’ experience in navigating the people side of transformational change, from organisation design through to change adoption and measurement.

Tom focusses on helping prepare and enable staff and leaders to adopt sustainable change, having delivered sustainable people based change in multiple sectors including Financial Services, Government and Policing, Life Sciences and Telecomms . Prior to Moorhouse Tom worked for EY,  gaining experience in delivering technology enabled change, HR and L&D transformation, organisational design and behavioural change.
Tom has significant experience as a Learning and Leadership professional, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering change and learning interventions covering business skills, leadership and technical subject matter. Tom also has a proven track record as a leader of people, having effectively led operational and programme teams of varying sizes and technical disciplines.
Outside of work Tom has two main passions; boxing, and his beautiful wife and daughter. In boxing he holds a winning white collar boxing record and still manages to keep up a regular training regime, in between early mornings spent look after his two year old girl!
