What are we looking for?

  • 18 – 24 months industry and project management experience with a successful track record of managing projects for different stakeholders at the same time.
  • An exceptional communication style, with an ability to interface with different audiences and build trust.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong MS Office Skills in all packages.

A total cash package of up to £44,250 comprising of a base salary of £36,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

Consultant

What are we looking for?

  • Either 2 years' experience at a 'big' consulting firm or 4 years in industry with a successful track record of managing projects for different clients at the same time.
  • An exceptional communication style; with an ability to interface with different audiences and build trust.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships and experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

A total cash package of £54,250 comprising a base salary of £43,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

Senior Consultant

What are we looking for? 

  • 4 - 6 years’ consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry.
  • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services.
  • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes preferably across a wide range of technical areas and expertise.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery approach.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

A total cash package of £80,000 compromising of a base salary of £61,500 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

Manager

What are we looking for? 

  • 6 - 8 years' consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry 
  • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with a strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships;
  • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders

Potential to earn >£115,000. Our bonus package is made up of a blend of corporate and personal performance. The majority of our team are graded ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ receiving the top end of our package range. Our bonus is paid every 6 months. The base pay is £78,100 on top of which we expect a well performing Manager to be taking home a total cash package of c£110,000.

  • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to play a significant role in upskilling resources and growing a capable team.
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

A total cash package of £128,500 comprising of a base salary of £100,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.

What are we looking for? 

  • 10+ years' consulting experience, including a minimum of 3 years with one of the larger consulting firms.
  • A CV with a focus on the human impact of business transformation.
  • Strong and relevant sales track record.
  • Proven delivery experience with evidence of having led and grown significant accounts. 
  • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations.

A total cash package of £200,000 comprising a base salary of £135,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

What are we looking for?

We want to hear from candidates who have significant experience in creating high performing teams to deliver end to end transformation. You will personally have strong ‘hands on’ delivery experience gained from either consulting or project management type environments. Successful candidates will be well practised across the end to end transformation lifescyle from inception to close. You will be committed to delivering significant value to our clients and passionate about leading consultant / client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts. This includes playing a leading role in motivating, coaching and developing our people by supporting their continued career development and success in the firm.

  • 15+ years' professional experience, ideally a blend of industry and consulting experience with at least 5 years proven consulting experience in a recognised large/medium size consulting business in the UK.
  • Signifcant experience operating at a senior level across client organisations (c-suite) to help them navigate the transformation successfully.
  • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services.
  • Ability to support the firm to win large scale transformation programmes by helping to design the approach and  bring together winning teams with the right capability.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues in support of successful delivery and employee development.
  • Supporting business development and the commercial process involved in extending and expanding client delivery teams.

What are we looking for?

As we continue to grow and respond to our ever-changing client needs, we become increasingly more agile in the way we build our consulting teams. Therefore, we are looking to grow our associate network to enable us to successfully do this.
