As we continue to grow and respond to our ever-changing client needs, we become increasingly more agile in the way we build our consulting teams. Therefore, we are looking to grow our associate network to enable us to successfully do this.

We can offer you interesting and varied engagements, without the wider commitments of a permanent position. You will play a fundamental role in helping our clients turn strategy into action.

We only recruit the very best and we are focused on maintaining our high-quality bar thus, we put all our associates through an assesment process. What we are looking for

We are looking to work with associates with significant consultancy experience and specifically those who have a track record of supporting clients to deliver transformational change programmes.  We pride ourselves in working collaboratively with our clients and leaving a legacy of increased skills and capability once we have finished what we have been engaged to do.

We support clients across the full range of consulting services including:

· Delivery & Performance 
· Digital & Technology 
· People & Change 
· Strategy & Customer
