About your role
The Associates and Agencies Advisor is a new role with plenty of opportunity for you to really own and develop our presence and effectiveness in this area. Responsibilities include;
Associate recruitment: Manage recruitment of Associate consultants to build a flexible extension to our permanent consultant base, either through searches or networking events. Pre-screening of candidates and arranging of interviews will be required.
Associate management:
- Manage the existing Associate bank and pipeline.
- Ensure contact details, availability, skills and experience are up to date.
- Work with our Resourcing Coordinator and Recruitment team to service Associate resourcing requests and actively engage with Opportunity Leads to ensure associate resource requirements are known and can be met.
- Some negotiation of rates will be required.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines in order to meet growth targets.
- Ensure effective use of the Associates page on our website, including management of our new members area for Associates.
- Provide reports on the availability and skills in the Associate network.
Associate engagement: Keep the existing Associate bank actively engaged, using creative channels to update the network on available roles / general interest in Moorhouse e.g. regular newsletters and other methods of communication. You will be the key contact and face of Moorhouse for the entire Associate and Agency network.
Associate onboarding: Support contractual requirements to onboard Associates onto client projects e.g. DBS checks, schedules and contracts. Ensure all new associate consultants receive a thorough induction and that they are set up for success.
Agency management: Actively engage with our trusted agency partners for interim roles.
Alumni network: Set up and manage a Moorhouse alumni network, including events, a LinkedIn/ virtual community.
HR admin & support: Support recruitment events, on-boarding, induction etc. Support employees and Associates across the business with day-to-day ad-hoc requests.
Package and Location✔ Total cash package of between £36,250 - £40,250 dependent on experience. |

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus in central London. We are currently working flexibly, and you will have the opportunity to work from a mixture of the office and home. We have plans to move our office in Spring 2022 to the Liverpool Street area.
