Client Director - Life Sciences

Over the last nine years Moorhouse has grown its Life Sciences work to establish a multi-million pound sector. This growth has been fuelled not only through a series of strong client relationships and great client work, but also as a result of organisations wanting to look beyond the larger consultancy suppliers. Clients in the sector have responded well to the Moorhouse preferred approach of working in small integrated teams that enables truly collaborative working. 

Moorhouse is now looking for high quality candidates to join its successful Life Sciences leadership team. You will want to take responsibility for opening and building client accounts as well as developing long term relationships, combining business development activity with ‘on the ground’ client delivery work. Our Principals and Client Directors are members of the Extended Leadership Team with a key role in shaping the direction of our business. Client Directors are additionally members of the Moorhouse Executive Committee (ExCo) with responsibility for business planning and strategic input into the overall Moorhouse strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years proven consulting experience in a recognised large/medium size consulting business in the UK;
  • • At least 3 years of consulting experience in the Life Sciences sector e.g. with Global Pharma / Medical devices / Biotech organisations;
  • • An ability to shape and implement complex change and transformation programmes;
  • • A strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships;
  • • Strong background in managing teams on client engagements; and
  • • A passion for developing more junior members of the team.

What we can offer you

  • •  A total cash package of £200,000 comprising a base salary of £135,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
