Our teams are supporting clients to land and embed sustainable change, transform their employee value propositions and design their organisations in support of their strategic goals. This transformation has been accelerated and bought even further into focus as organisations respond and emerge from Covid-19.

 

What are we looking for?

Moorhouse is looking for a competency lead with significant experience in people and change, HR transformation and organisational design to help drive the growth ambitions of our across our sectors. As an area of growth for our business you will be building the capability within our team, leveraging your subject matter expertise across one or more of these competencies to build propositions, develop team skills and the tooling to offer our clients a modern service.

We are interested in candidates who are able to take full accountability for generating and building client accounts, developing long term client relationships, managing profitable engagements. We also expect candidates to combine BD activity with ‘on the ground’ client delivery work. Our Client Directors are members of the Executive Committee and add capability to the operational leadership of the firm, play a key role in business planning and provide inputs to the Moorhouse strategy from a capability perspective.

Potential is what excites us so we are keen to hear from people who want to harness their experience within an organisation that will invest in their professional development from day one. You will be a key member of the service line leadership team and involved in shaping how we run the business so the ability to lead others; shape and influence our continued growth and success as a sector team; and contribute to sales and business development is key.

The successful candidates must be able to evidence:

  • • 10+ years consulting experience, including a minimum of 3 years with one of the larger consulting firms
  • • A CV with a focus on the human impact of business transformation
  • • Strong and relevant sales track record
  • • Proven delivery experience with evidence of having led and grown significant accounts and expertise in people and change competency
  • • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations (e.g. CIPD, APMG Change, PROSCI)

What we can offer you:

  • Cash package of circa £200,000 (comprising of £135,000 base and a combination of personal, company and uncapped sales bonuses that are paid every six months)
  • • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
