Client Director - Health

Moorhouse is looking for candidates with significant experience and networks across the Health and care market, to act as the expert. We are interested in candidates who are able to take full accountability for generating and building client accounts and developing long term client relationships and managing profitable engagements, combining business development activity with ‘on the ground’ client delivery work. Our Client Directors are members of the Executive Committee and add capacity to the operational leadership of the firm, playing a key role in business planning and provide strategic insight to the Moorhouse strategy from a sector perspective.In addition to this Client Directors are expected to provide input to the Moorhouse strategy, making a significant contribution to the growth ambitions of the firm. 

What we are looking for

  • 10 + years consulting experience, including a minimum of 3 years with one of the big firms
  • • A credible and successful transformation focus to their CV
  • • Strong and relevant sales track record
  • • Proven delivery experience with evidence of having led and grown significant accounts with the Health and care sector
  • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations

What we can offer you

  • •  A total cash package of £200,000 comprising a base salary of £135,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
