What are we looking for? 

The successful candidate must be able to evidence:

•  At least 6 years consulting experience – and we’d also welcome individuals who have spent time working within the health system, including on the NHS Graduate Scheme. 
•  Strong background in shaping, mobilising and delivering engagements with health sector organisations.
•  Experience delivering significant transformational change that has had demonstrable benefit for the health sector,
which could be across providers, commissioners or regulators – whether that is at a national, regional or local level.
•  Experience managing and working with the most senior client stakeholders.
•  Proven track record of delivery.
  A business transformation and / or PPM focus to their CV.
•  A network of client relationships,
and a proven track record of shaping and leading business development initiatives.
•  For more senior applicants,
evidence of sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships.
•  Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations desirable
, e.g. APM membership, CMC, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agil

Reflecting the changing health and care landscape, we have a particular interest in candidates who have:

•  Worked with healthcare providers to deliver performance improvement, turnaround, service reconfiguration or other transformational change strategies.
•  Worked to design or deliver digital and technology solutions within a healthcare setting.
•  Worked to model and implement workforce transformations within a healthcare setting.
•  Worked to support system integrations, across commissioner, provider or the whole system (bringing together providers, commissioners and local authorities).

In addition to this, it is important that all candidates have: 

•  Strong leadership skills and able to work as part of a high performing team.
•  The ability to solve complex and often dynamic problems in a measured and collaborative way.
•  Robust planning and organisation skills – being able to anticipate potential problems and challenges is key.
•  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

What we can offer you:

Potential to earn > £115,000. Our bonus package is made up of a blend of corporate and personal performance. The majority of our team are graded ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ receiving the top end of our package range. Our bonus is paid every 6 months. The base pay is £78,100. We expect a well performing Manager to be taking home a total cash package of c£110,000.

25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus in central London. We are currently working flexibly, and you will have the opportunity to work from a mixture of the office and home. We have plans to move our office in 2022 to the Liverpool Street area.
