Manager - Organisation and Talent

What are we looking for?

  • 6 - 8 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry
  • •  Experience in: People and engagement strategy, Organisational design, development and culture,Consultations, Workforce analytic, Employee experience and HR Transformation 
  • •  Shaping and implementing complex business change and transformational programmes, preferably across a wide range of industry sectors 
  • •  Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations
  • •  A strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships
  • •  An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes
  • •  A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
  • •  Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
  • •  A keen interest in playing a senior role within the Organisation and Talent Line team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams

What we can offer you:

  • •  A total cash package of £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £72,100 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
