Over the last seven years Moorhouse has grown and developed its Pharmaceuticals work into a multi-million pound sector. This growth has been fuelled not only through a series of strong client relationships and great client work, but also as a result of organisations wanting to look beyond the larger consultancy suppliers who have traditionally dominated the sector. They are also as interested in learning from the experience we can bring from other sectors as they are from wanting to work with a consultancy that embeds itself in small integrated teams working in a truly collaborative fashion. 

What we are looking for

  • •  6 - 8 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry with at least 3 years’ experience working with organisations in Life-Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and Biotech
  • •  A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with a strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships;
  • •  An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
  • •  A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
  • •  Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders

What we can offer you:

Potential to earn >£115,000. Our bonus package is made up of a blend of corporate and personal performance. The majority of our team are graded ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ receiving the top end of our package range. Our bonus is paid every 6 months. The base pay is £78,100 on top of which we expect a well performing Manager to be taking home a total cash package of c£110,000.

25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus in central London. We are currently working flexibly, and you will have the opportunity to work from a mixture of the office and home. We have plans to move our office in 2022 to the Liverpool Street area.
