Over the last five years, Moorhouse has been building its capability and reach in the Strategy & Customer Service Line. Our client work includes, insight, strategy development, operating model redesign and experience design. Whilst we have methodologies and defined approaches, all of our work for clients is tailored to their needs. 

In addition to this, you will have:

  • • 9 - 11 years relevant, operating model and/or customer consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience in industry
  • • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with a strong sales track record and a demonstrable client network 
  • • A strong track record of shaping and delivering projects across a mix of disciplines ideally including operating model, experience design and customer insight.
  • • The ability to think innovatively about the design and delivery of new approaches, functions and services that clients may need and a digital by default approach
  • • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
  • • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
  • • A keen interest in playing a senior role within the Strategy & Customer Service Line team, supporting the development of our propositions and close integration with one or more Sector teams
  • • Cross-sector experience, although we will be keen for you to focus in 1-2 sectors primarily

What we can offer you:

A total cash package of £128,500 comprising of a base salary of £100,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
