At Moorhouse, you can really make a difference!
As we continue to grow as a firm, our principles and values remain at the forefront of everything we do. Our clients are FTSE 100 / 250 companies or major government departments, and we work with them on their most complex, high-profile transformation programmes.
Our people are some of the best you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from. What stands them apart is the genuine realisation that we can all excel, grow and develop our careers in Moorhouse together. Our people do not need to compete with each other because of promotion quotas or the typical distribution curves that govern performance management in other organisations. We recognise and reward performance consistently and transparently across the firm so that everyone knows where they stand.
We are absolutely committed to building and nurturing our people and harnessing their ambition and desire to be the very best they can be. For this reason, we are expanding the People & Talent team to support this commitment and our continued growth as a firm.
About the team
As a member of the People & Talent team you will have an opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping and leading people services in a fast-growing and successful consulting firm. This includes everything we do to attract, recruit, develop and engage the very best people. You’ll be working as part of a high performing and collaborative team who play an active role in:
We like to move fast as a team, so honesty and integrity is key to this. In return you will be part of a supportive team that shares the workload, looks after each other and celebrates success together.
About your role
The Resourcing Advisor is an exciting and varied role. No two days are the same so what you’ll be up to will vary. We operate in a fast-paced environment which means priorities can sometimes change and so you will need to be comfortable with dealing with ambiguity (we will support you, of course!). You will be responsible for delivering end to end resourcing solutions to the business. Activities that will be core to your role include:
This role requires a highly proactive, collaborative and self-motivated team player who is keen to drive through ideas and recommendations. The role will suit someone who is positive, full of initiative, and who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
Experience and knowledge having worked as part of a high performing resourcing or recruitment team is important but what is essential is having the right attitude. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude that means that even the most daunting of challenges are seen as providing an opportunity to learn, develop and ultimately make a meaningful contribution that will be embraced, appreciated and rewarded. In return they can be assured of unfailing support and even if things go wrong, the team will have their back.
