Resourcing Advisor

Why Moorhouse?

At Moorhouse, you can really make a difference!

As we continue to grow as a firm, our principles and values remain at the forefront of everything we do. Our clients are FTSE 100 / 250 companies or major government departments, and we work with them on their most complex, high-profile transformation programmes.

Our people are some of the best you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from. What stands them apart is the genuine realisation that we can all excel, grow and develop our careers in Moorhouse together. Our people do not need to compete with each other because of promotion quotas or the typical distribution curves that govern performance management in other organisations. We recognise and reward performance consistently and transparently across the firm so that everyone knows where they stand.

We are absolutely committed to building and nurturing our people and harnessing their ambition and desire to be the very best they can be. For this reason, we are expanding the People & Talent team to support this commitment and our continued growth as a firm.

About the team

As a member of the People & Talent team you will have an opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping and leading people services in a fast-growing and successful consulting firm.  This includes everything we do to attract, recruit, develop and engage the very best people. • Talent Management – looking at how people management can continue to be a differentiator for us as a firm and supporting people to get the most out of their time at Moorhouse.  This includes creating exciting opportunities for people; proactively and passionately supporting their continued professional development; and, making sure that we have the right foundations, infrastructure and processes to make working at Moorhouse a supportive, transparent, non-hierarchical and rewarding place to be.
  • Attracting, recruiting and onboarding the very best people – constantly thinking about how we do this so that regardless of whether people choose to join us, they have had a positive experience and know more about us as a firm.
