We are looking for talented individuals to join our Delivery and Per formance service line, bringing experience of supporting clients with these challenges from within another consultancy firm.  We are seeking individuals with Agile experience, who are keen to work with clients to help transform their organisations so that they are able to operate and deliver change using agile methodologies. You will also join our thriving service line team with an opportunity to further develop your skills and contribute to building our capability to support further growth of our offer to market. 

You will have some, if not all of the following:

  • • Experience in coaching and mentoring multiple teams to adopt agile ways of working
  • • Experience supporting an organisation move from project to product whilst developing and maturing a Product Management Capability
  • • Leading and driving multiple agile teams set up. Ideally smaller teams to larger teams 
  • • In-depth experience of scaled agile frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale and its applications
  • • In-depth understanding of different delivery models including waterfall and continuous improvement delivery 
  • • Experience design and rolling out value stream mapping
  • • Experience and ownership of managing transformation backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with well-defined acceptance criteria
  • • Robust understanding and application of Lean principles and Lean Portfolio Management
  • • Experience of deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours
  • • Experience supporting the introduction of Design thinking into teams
  • • In-depth experience working cross business functions including People services/HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing 

If you hold two of the below qualifications / accreditations this would be an advantage

  • • Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Kanban certification 
  • • SAFe, LeSS, Nexus or Scrum@Scale
  • • AgilePM
  • • Rapid Application Development
  • • ICAgile Coaching related qualifications

What we can offer you at Moorhouse:

  • • Senior Consultants will receive a total cash package of £80,000 compromising of a base salary of £61,500 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus in central London. We are currently working flexibly, and you will have the opportunity to work from a mixture of the office and home. We have plans to move our office in 2022 to the Liverpool Street area.
