Over the last 18 months Moorhouse has seen increasing demand for our support across a range of People and Change challenges. Our teams are supporting clients to land and embed sustainable change, transform their employee value propositions and design their organisations in support of their strategic goals.

This transformation has been accelerated and bought even further into focus as organisations respond and emerge from Covid-19. This demand on our services means we are seeking to recruit at our Senior Consultant grade on both a permanent and Associate basis.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our People and Change service line, bringing experience of supporting clients with these challenges from within another consultancy firm. You will also join our thriving service line team with an opportunity to further develop your skilss and contribute to building our capability to support further growth of our offer to market. 

As a Senior Consultant you will have: 

  • • 4 - 6 years’ consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry;
  • • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
  • • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; and
  • • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders;
  • • A strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services; with experience of most of the following capabilities; 
  • • An industry recognised Change Management accreditation would be beneficial.
  • • Culture transformation; 
  • • People / employee strategies; 
  • • Organisation design and development;
  • • Capability development, learning and/or leadership development;
  • • Communications and stakeholder engagement;
  • • Development of change management strategy or plans;
  • • Change readiness and change impact assessment;

What we can offer you:

  • • Staff Senior Consultants will receive a total cash package of £80,000 compromising of a base salary of £61,500 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
  • • Associate Senior Consultant day rate is £525 per day
  • • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus in central London. We are currently working flexibly, and you will have the opportunity to work from a mixture of the office and home. We have plans to move our office in 2022 to the Liverpool Street area.
