As a Senior Consultant at Moorhouse you will have the opportunity to be active in Business Devlopment as well as leading consultant/client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts. 5 years consulting experience preferably gained from the big 4 or other top tier and/or boutique management consultancies.

A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services.

An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes, preferably across a wide range of expertise such as programme delivery, change management, process improvement, digital and regulatory change

A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships and experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

What we can offer you:

  • A total cash package of £80,000 comprising a base salary of £51,500 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months

We are particularly looking for Senior Consultants to join our...

  • •  Health team with extensive consulting experience within the health sector. Ideally, you’ll have worked with healthcare organisations to deliver perfomance improvement, turnaround, service reconfiguration or other transformational change strategies. You may also have had experience in design or delivering digital technology solutions or modelling and implementing workforce transformations within a healthcare setting. System integrations support, across commissioner, provider or the whole system, is also desirable. We would also welcome individuals who have worked on the NHS Graduate Scheme. 
  • •  Organisation and Talent team with at least two year's experience working on relevant client engagements. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with the following experience: 
    - People and engagement strategy
    - Organisational design, development and culture
    - Consultations
    - Workforce analytic
    - Employee experience 
    - HR Transformation

Our offices are based near Holborn Circus (close to Blackfriars and Chancery Lane) although you can expect to spend most of your time as part of a team on client site. That’s where the magic really happens!
