What has kept me here for five years? It’s 100% the people I work with. Whether that’s committed and passionate clients, or my E&U colleagues at Moorhouse that consistently deliver exceptional results. Both have one thing in common – they want to the make the market a fairer and greener place.

I’ve recently supported the Global Commercial Lead of a FTSE 100 Pharmaceutical company to deliver their strategic agenda, the aim of which is to drive the continued growth of one of their oncology brands and stay ahead of the competition. I worked across functions to provide ‘Chief of Staff’ support, including the planning, coordination, and mobilisation of key initiatives, and by acting as an advisor on project and programme management structures and governance.

“As someone who didn’t join from a consulting background, training and support was very important to me. This was a main point of discussion during my interview, and I have not been disappointed in how good the training days have been. They’re interactive and get you out of your comfort zone, presented by staff members who clearly love what they do. To add to this, there are multiple areas of support accessible to me, from my amazing Talent Lead who supports my professional development, to my Engagement Leads on my current project, answering any questions I have and providing different perspectives on issues that arise.

I joined Moorhouse looking for a place that did things differently. A place with the right focus on people and growth, where individuals don’t need to compete or clamber over one another to succeed, but where we can all win together. One of the things that really sold me was the idea of a place where personal agendas and egos don’t enter the mix, meaning the energy that would usually be spent on those things can instead be spent on delivering for clients, for each other, and for the business.

Life Sciences

I managed a project of significant strategic importance supporting the Medical function to enable and empower staff to deliver an industry-leading service to customers. This involved strategic planning, communications and change management activities to embed new ways of working. The project resulted in clarity and consistency of message across the organisation including fully aligned leadership, leading to improved commitment and accountability within Medical. I was able to strengthen valuable skills required in consulting, including creativity, problem solving and building relationships.
