1. WHAT WAS YOUR BACKGROUND PRIOR TO JOINING MOORHOUSE?

Before I made great choice to join Moorhouse, I was a Director at PwC leading the FTSE100 Transformation Assurance practice for 7 years and before that I spend 12 years in industry in mainly financial services leading technology-enabled transformations.

2. WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY IN THE D&T SERVICE LINE AT MOORHOUSE LIKE? 

Exciting and varied! In D&T we are helping our clients with some of their most difficult challenges and biggest opportunities. We are supporting clients deliver their Digital Journey, acting as a critical friend during their Tech-enabled transformations, helping optimise their IT organisations and placing data and analytics at the core of our their business. One day you could be developing thought leadership, another in the thick of a client’s gnarly project, another day pitching a great way we could help our client be even more successful. It’s always exciting and varied. 

3. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING AS A CONSULTANT/AT MOORHOUSE?

Moorhouse has a fantastic culture and a really passionate smart team. Its small enough that what you do will make a difference, you will not be a cog in a machine. 

4. WHAT IS THE MOST USEFUL CAREER ADVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED TO DATE?

Love what you do and who you work with. If you don’t, change it. 

5. OUTSIDE OF WORK HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

I spend a lot of time with family and friends. I seem to be spending more and more time ferrying my children to and from tennis, rugby, gymnastics, chess tournaments, etc. etc. which in fairness is wonderful seeing them develop and get passionate about things they enjoy. Otherwise I am at home tinkering with various types of technology (currently working on a robot!).
