James joins the Moorhouse Partner team on 1st April as our first Service Line Partner, marking a significant and exciting milestone for the firm as we continue to build our end-to-end transformation capability.
James joined Moorhouse in 2016 to establish a Customer consulting offer and has developed this into a £6.5m Strategy & Customer practice active across all Moorhouse industry sectors. He has built an incredibly talented and creative team, delivering stand out engagements across retail, transport, government, public services, finance, telecoms, media and healthcare.
James also co-led a business co-creation process with our People & Change lead Anna Rissen. This helped to set out the blueprint for how Moorhouse scales, whilst protecting and evolving our culture through rapid growth.
A great role model - the success of the Strategy & Customer Service Line is a real testament to James’ dedication and reputation and is a core part of the business.
As Moorhouse continues to grow, the integration of our Sectors and Service Lines will create greater value for clients and exciting opportunities for all of our people.
