Previously a Director in Deloitte’s Integration & Separation team within the firm’s corporate finance practice, Mike brings with him more than 15 years’ experience in managing large-scale mergers, acquisitions and divestments for blue chip organisations in a number of sectors. Since 1998, he has held a series of progressively more senior roles in similar areas of M&A consultancy at Atos and KPMG.
Operating at board level, Mike’s work has spanned every stage of the deal cycle, from pre-deal business case development through to post-deal integration planning and execution. He also has extensive experience in managing divestment programmes, and has in the past advised clients including Royal Philips, Co-operative Group, Unilever, GSK, Glencore, Shell, Wolseley, Ford, Santander, Bank of America and RBS.
