Leading management consultancy firm Moorhouse has strengthened its growing team. James Neill has been appointed Delivery Director and Saleem Ahmed, Craig Palmer and Rachel Saunders join as Client Directors.
Moorhouse, which operates across a diverse portfolio that includes Health, Financial Services, Government and Public Sector, Energy and Life Science industries, is part of the global digital transformation group Expleo. Having seen 20% year-on-year growth for the past few years, the incoming senior hires form a key part of the company’s strategy to sustain its strong growth trajectory.
As Moorhouse’s first Delivery Director, James Neill will have a key role in helping to build the scope and growth of the Delivery team. In this newly created position, he will also drive the company’s end-to-end transformation journey. Neill has more than 25 years of experience creating and leading transformational delivery as both a client and supplier within the Financial Services and Government sectors and will take a lead role for clients including HMRC.
Moorhouse welcomes Rachel Saunders as Client Director to jointly lead the Financial Services specialism. Previously at KPMG for 17 years, most recently as Director, Programme Assurance, she brings a wealth of experience in technical transformation management, programme assurance and leading cross-functional teams. Saunders has previously worked extensively across the Financial Services industry spanning C-Suite level clients across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management.
Craig Palmer joins the Moorhouse team from Deloitte where he was Associate Director, Data Risk and Analytics and led the Information Management team. An experienced data and analytics specialist with experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Government sectors, In his new role, he will be primarily working across Government and Public sectors and will help grow our data and analytics services.
As part of the consultancy’s investment into its Delivery and Performance capability, Saleem Ahmed returns to the company to lead and develop its Delivery Excellence Service Line, incorporating the company’s Portfolio Management, Programme Leadership, Programme Assurance and PMO market propositions. Prior to taking on his new position as Client Director at Moorhouse, Ahmed headed up the Group Projects Portfolio for IQ-EQ, the world’s fourth largest investor services firm.
