James helps organisations to create the vision, strategy, operating model, org design and technology platforms that put customers at the heart of what they do. He has worked extensively across sectors and has specific depth in integrated marketing, customer experience, brand and proposition development.
James brings a blended background to Moorhouse. He joined from PwC in October 2016 where he was part of the Customer-Digital team leadership. Before this he was a Director at Fallon, leading client account management for this well respected Saatchi & Saatchi Group creative agency.
Married with two young kids, James squeezes in mountain biking, trail running and the occasional leftfield art project where possible. He is a Director of his local community shop and supports DoNation, a social enterprise, as a non-executive advisor. He’d love to write a book on complexity science in brand growth and development but has come to accept that this is unlikely, at least for a while.
