During this time, she gained considerable project management experience working as a client account manager for the institutional business. Most notably, Kiran worked closely with the firm’s largest institutional investor, and had the responsibility of overseeing their investments in over 25 different funds. This complex relationship involved close monitoring of KPIs, detailed performance reporting and regular mandate changes.
Kiran recently graduated with a distinction in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London, which has developed a strong interest in change management as well as considerable research and analytical skills throughout the year.
Charity work is also important to Kiran, and whilst in India she volunteered at a shelter for homeless children in Delhi, and intends to do more of this work in the future.
