Focusing on Health and Wellbeing

  • We recognise the importance of good health and wellbeing, and the effects it has on our people 

  • We provide wider wellbeing support from our people and talent team, offer colleagues private health insurance, remote GP access, an Employee Assistance programme, and Stronger Minds mental health support

  • We have put 11% people through mental health first aid training and run a number of initiatives to ensure awareness remains high


Developing Extraordinary Leaders

  • Every employee has an opportunity to shape and personalise their own development journey with support from our business

  • This starts with our award-nominated Academy programme for junior grades, and includes programmes of coaching for everyone progressing to senior leadership positions

  • We invest up to 8x more than the industry average in Learning and Development

  • We offer a range of accreditations to all our consultants, including: MSP, Prince2, ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma, AgilePM, SAFe, APMG Change Management, CIPD

  • Our employees are becoming Chartered Management Consultants

Moorhouse Academy

We have set up the Moorhouse Academy which provides training and learning to both our people and clients. The Academy is comprised of fifteen carefully tailored modules on core business and consulting skills and is run as a rolling programme over 12 months.


We are currently in the process of setting up a structured volunteering scheme for our people which will enable all of our employees to give back to the community. This will go live later this year.

Mentoring Programme

We are looking into building a mentoring programme with local schools and communities that will offer children career advice, CV tips and interview techniques.
