David Larkins

David is a Digital Product and Delivery Lead at Moorhouse, with a successful track record delivering complex, global digital transformation projects. He has 10 years of experience delivering agile and waterfall programmes spanning the whole delivery lifecycle in both public and private sector. David has led on a complex Cloud Strategy programme aimed at developing a centralised Cloud Centre of Excellence, driving cross-departmental collaboration and innovation within the UK Police Forces. Previously, he worked as Project Lead for the development of an AWS-based Regulatory Intelligence tool for a large pharmaceuticals company, working with Cloud SMEs to automate an existing manual process which ultimately drove significant cost savings to the organisation.
