Our culture has developed from our core values – integrity & accountability, courage, sense of humour & perspective, collaboration. These values determine how we ‘show-up’ for our clients and each other and is what makes Moorhouse a great place to work.
A key focus of our Culture team is bringing connection through events and get-togethers throughout the year. These give us the opportunity to celebrate our culture and connect our people as individuals, as teams and as one firm.
Moorhouse together
A long-standing favourite at Moorhouse are our Escapes. Across the year we bring the whole firm together to ‘escape’, taking time to reconnect and regroup as a business. Escapes are a cornerstone of our culture and our people tell us are what set us apart from other firms. They are a chance for us to share knowledge, listen to each other, tackle new topics and build new connections. All whilst having a lot of fun and – as usual – not taking ourselves too seriously.
Health & wellbeing
We spend a lot of time working with our colleagues and sometimes the work can be tough, so it is important for us that we look out for each other and help make sure our people feel happy and supported. Our Mental Health first aiders are always on hand to help, and our dedicated Health & Wellbeing team are constantly looking for new ways and initiatives and new ways to support and energise us all.

We’re committed to having a positive impact on the world through our work and the way in which we conduct our business, and are proud to be a certified B Corp. Our Responsible Business team work tirelessly to ensure we operate sustainably and make a difference to those in need. We work closely with our chosen charity partner and are committed to fundraising, pro bono work and various volunteering initiatives.
