Join the team

Junior consultant

As a junior consultant, you will help many of the UK's best-known organisations design and deliver major transformation programmes. You do not need specific consulting experience to apply, but you do need a strong academic record, at least two years' experience in industry and an aptitude for learning.


We offer our consultants fast career progression, unprecedented learning and development opportunities and real responsibility from day one. You will work closely with clients and lead discrete pieces of work. If you have two years’ consulting experience and are looking to accelerate your career, this is the job for you.

Senior consultant

Our senior consultants hit the ground running and deliver successfully. Not only will you need a strong understanding of programme and project management, but you’ll be able to lead a small team, cope with complex multitasking and build strong relationships. If you have at least four years' consulting experience, we're waiting to hear from you.


Managers play a significant part in leading, shaping and positioning us as an exemplar consulting firm. If you have at least six years’ consulting experience, can build strong business relationships and can deliver and implement complex business change while motivating a junior team, you’re just who we’re looking for.


​Our principals hone their areas of expertise, whether these relate to an industry, service or capability. You will manage senior client relationships, including blended client-consultant teams and commercials. You will also have an important role in motivating, mentoring and coaching junior members of staff. We're looking for principals with nine years' consulting experience.


Our associates are able to hit the ground running and deliver successfully. They not only have a deep understanding of programme and project management, but can work alongside senior clients, cope with complex multitasking and lead teams, both client-side and internally. We’re looking for associates with at least four years’ relevant programme and project management and/or consulting experience.
