Global Defence’s primacy as a technical innovator has been usurped by IT companies at a time that our adversaries conduct rapid acquisition and adoption cycles. Enabling the early adoption of innovative technology including disruptive digital capabilities will be underpinned by fostering a culture of rapid innovation to ensure departments are aware of emergent relevant technologies and are able to introduce both early in the project lifecycle and through spiral development to enable reactivity to new threats.

Capability Delivery
