Moorhouse Consulting Limited Gender Pay Gap Report

Moorhouse Consulting Limited
Gender Pay Gap Report

Why We Publish a Gender Pay Gap Report:

At Moorhouse, we are committed to promoting an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. As part of this commitment, we publish our Gender Pay Gap Report to ensure transparency, comply with legislation, and inform our ongoing strategy for workplace equality.

Legal Compliance:

In line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, UK companies with 250 or more employees (on the snapshot date) are required to report annually on the following key metrics to illustrate their gender pay gap:

  • Mean Gender Pay Gap (%)
  • Median Gender Pay Gap (%)
  • Mean Bonus Gap (%)
  • Median Bonus Gap (%)
  • Bonus Proportions (% receiving a bonus)
  • Pay Quartiles (%)

The Gender Pay Gap Report aims to highlight disparities in average earnings between men and women across the organisation, irrespective of their role, seniority or geographical location. The report supports us to take meaningful action towards closing the gap.

Our Commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)

Beyond compliance, our Gender Pay Gap Report forms only one part of our broader EDI strategy. By understanding the factors driving any disparities, we can implement targeted initiatives such as:

  • Fair and Transparent Pay Practices – Regularly reviewing our pay structures to ensure equity.
  • Career Progression and Development – Supporting equal opportunities for promotions and leadership roles.
  • Inclusive Policies/Practices – Enhancing flexibility, parental leave, and return-to-work programs to support all employees.

At Moorhouse we are committed to promoting a workplace where talent is recognised based on ability and contribution. Moorhouse has therefore set ambitions to make us accountable and to measure our progress against our EDI strategy for under-represented groups.

We recognise that closing any gaps is an ongoing journey, and we are committed to making continuous improvements. Through transparency, accountability, and action, we aim to drive meaningful change to create a more balanced and inclusive culture that benefits our people, our clients and future generations.
