Ro has worked in the energy industry for almost 20 years, with over 10 years at British Gas leading complex system implementation and transformation programmes, finishing her time there as Director of Portfolio Governance. Ro then spent six years at Smart DCC, first as Chief Delivery Officer, and then as Chief Transformation Officer. Currently, Ro is a self-employed advisor and consultant, using her experience to advise on smart metering in the energy sector within the UK.
