Moorhouse has been shortlisted as finalists for the MCA Awards 2024.
The most prestigious awards in the Consulting industry year saw a high number of submissions this year. Moorhouse has been shortlisted as finalists for two projects and for all three individual submissions.
The awards highlight the true value of consulting to both the private and public sector and the impact it has on our economy, environment and society. Covering 25 categories and judged by an independent and expert panel, the awards cover firms, projects, and individuals.
The shortlisted Moorhouse projects include their work with Viiv Healthcare for the ‘International’ category and with OFGEM for ‘Social Value’.
For Viiv Healthcare, Moorhouse partnered with Havas to explore the potential of digital technologies to foster empathy and understanding among healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enable people living with HIV (PLHIV) to access care. The resulting idea was an immersive virtual reality experience, named “Chapters of Stigma” that captures the daily stigma faced by PLHIV from a first-person perspective. ‘Chapters of Stigma’ was successfully debuted in Australia, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from HCPs worldwide, with many expressing a desire to modify their care approaches for increased accessibility.
For OFGEM, Moorhouse provided compliance and enforcement expertise and technical energy industry advisory relating to the Energy Price Guarantee (EPG), which was introduced by the Government in autumn 2022. The EPG was designed to reduce the impact of the energy crisis on consumers following the unprecedented rise in wholesale gas prices in the winter of 2022/23. Moorhouse worked with OFGEM to agree key design principles for a best-in-class compliance and enforcement function to ensure the EPG’s full benefits were delivered.
In addition to the projects submissions, three Moorhouse consultants have been shortlisted for the ‘Inclusion,’ ‘Chartered Management Consultant of the Year’ and ‘Experienced Leader’ award categories.
Managing Partner, Richard Brackstone shared:
I am proud that Moorhouse continues to be recognised for the impact and value we’re achieving for our clients. It’s also a strong testament to our business that our ever-growing talent has also been shortlisted.
At the heart of the Moorhouse values is a collaborative culture that relentlessly shapes, drives and supports our clients in their ambitions. We look forward to celebrating the excellent work done within Moorhouse and across the wider consulting sector with our clients and the MCA.”
Thank you to our clients, Viiv Healthcare and OFGEM for your testimonials and support.
Congratulations to everyone shortlisted!
