Moorhouse Consulting is pleased to announce its appointment as the new Party Assurance provider for the Retail Energy Code (REC), following a competitive procurement process led by the Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo).
From September 2026, Moorhouse will assume responsibility for Party Assurance delivery, following a mobilisation period beginning in April 2026. Moorhouse will build on the existing Performance Assurance Framework, supporting its continued evolution to meet future market and consumer needs.
Working closely with RECCo and industry participants, Moorhouse will deliver proportionate, outcomes-focused assurance, providing clearer insight into compliance and market behaviours while supporting continuous improvement across the retail energy market.
