Moorhouse Consulting were celebrating last night at last night’s MCA Awards, held at Park Plaza Westminster, after being named as finalists for two of the evening’s most coveted prizes.
The two awards were for ‘Change and Transformation in the Private Sector’ for their client Purplebricks Estate Agents. And ‘Change and Transformation in the Public Sector, for their client Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.
The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) is the voice of UK consulting sector and the awards, which celebrate consultancy excellence and the impact consulting has on our society, have been an important event in the UK consulting calendar for over 25 years.
To be finalists for both awards Moorhouse had to demonstrate ‘a structured and sustainable transition from a current state to a desired state involving major, sometimes fundamental and far-reaching, changes in how an organisation does things, rather than merely the improved performance of existing processes.’
In the public sector award for Oxleas, this also included operational improvement, cultural change and assistance with major policy initiatives which improved outcomes for society and provided value for money.
For Purplebricks, a new bespoke Sales Operating Model designed by Moorhouse delivered results including a 2% improvement in sales conversion rates and a 0.6% increase in overall market share.
For Oxleas, Moorhouse Change & Transformation programme reduced the length of stay by 25% and reduced monthly expenditure on private beds by 52%.
