Moorhouse has been appointed to the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Consultancy Framework, enabling the firm to provide business consultancy services to the FCA, the Bank of England, and other authorities over the next four years.
Following a competitive and rigorous evaluation process, Moorhouse has been appointed to both the Business Consultancy Lots. This appointment recognises the firm’s depth of experience in delivering pragmatic, outcome‑focused change across complex, highly regulated environments in both the private and public sectors.
Through the framework, Moorhouse will support work spanning transformation, operating model design, change delivery, and the effective use of data, MI and emerging technologies, helping regulatory bodies respond to evolving market, operational and regulatory demands.
Delivering meaningful outcomes
The consultancy combines deep expertise with a highly collaborative, delivery-led approach and a strong commitment to its values. By working closely with our clients, teams focus on delivering outcomes that matter for institutions, stakeholders and the people they serve.
Moorhouse’s appointment to the FCA Consultancy Framework reflects the strength of the firm’s core strategic capabilities and how they are applied in practice across regulated environments:
Organisational transformation: Working side by side with organisations to deliver large-scale, regulator-led programmes across complex organisations. Client work spans operating model design, organisational effectiveness, change management and delivery, helping institutions adapt, modernise and perform with confidence.
Cost reduction: Partnering with organisations to redesign processes, target operating models and ways of working. Together, costs are reduced, inefficiency is removed and sustainable value is created, while maintaining trust and regulatory confidence.
Data & MI: Strengthening data, reporting and management information to enable better decision making, clearer regulatory insight and improved oversight within complex regulatory environments.
This appointment to the FCA’s Consultancy Framework reinforces Moorhouse’s position as a trusted delivery partner to the financial services sector. It reflects the firm’s ability to combine deep regulatory understanding with practical, delivery-led expertise that turns ambition into action.
